Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting us.

Returns without RA # may be refused and can significantly delay the processing of your return. All items must be in the original package and a resalable condition.

When returning your product please include a copy of your invoice and a letter of explanation with the RETURN and RA# listed on your packing list.

If the product is deemed defective, we will repair or replace the product and return the items back to you at NO CHARGE.

All our products have different warranty periods and we at will uphold the guarantees.

Some products because of their nature cannot be returned such as:

Hygienic items such as bath seats, toilet seats, fever thermometers, commodes, etc.

Also abusive use such as over inflation or wear and tear will void the return.

If  your order has not yet been packed there is no charge. If your order  has  been processed but not shipped  a normal cancellation fee of 6% will be deduced from your credit.

Refusal of Parcels:

Refusing a shipment will result in a 40% re-stocking charge plus all shipping costs.

Also, without an  RA#, the package may not be identified or recognized as being a return and a credit will not be issued.
